Kim is the Executive Creative Director at Mint in Toronto.

Born in Toronto where she is currently, Kim has worked for agencies in Canada, the UK and the US including Sid Lee, McCann, and Sunshine, amongst others. She is a writer by craft, and film director for fun.

Over the last 16 years, she has spent her time at highly ranked agencies and challengers endeavouring to build brands that thrive in, or sometimes even form, culture. She has worked on a mix of global and local work, massive brand transformations, and small nimble projects. Her work has been recognized by Cannes, Effies, Clios, Strategy, Communication Arts, amongst others. She received Gold in the Global Creative Academy competition with Google for her work with Chevrolet. And her rebrand of A&E received the Fast Company’s Innovation by Design award. She was named in Marketing Magazine’s Top 30 Under 30 and one of Youtube’s Creative Women to Watch.

She is passionate about work that tells a story, has an opinion and makes people feel.
